SnapSolve ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our screenshot analysis app.

Data We Collect

Images You Analyze

When you analyze a screenshot, the image is sent to our servers for AI processing.
Images are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after analysis.
We do not use your images to train AI models.

Device Information

We generate an anonymous device identifier to track your usage quota.
This identifier is not linked to any personal information.

Usage Data

We track the number of analyses you perform daily (for quota management).
We may collect anonymous crash reports and analytics to improve the app.

Camera and Photo Library Access

SnapSolve requests access to:

Camera: To capture screenshots directly within the app.
Photo Library: To select existing screenshots for analysis.

These permissions are only used when you explicitly choose to capture or select an image. We do not access your photos in the background.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Gemini API: For AI-powered image analysis. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing.
Sentry: For crash reporting and error tracking.
Firebase Crashlytics: For crash reporting.
RevenueCat: For subscription management (if you purchase premium).

Data Retention

Analyzed images: Not retained (processed in real-time only)
Analysis results: Stored locally on your device only
Usage quotas: Reset daily, retained for up to 48 hours
Device tokens: Retained until you uninstall the app

Data Security

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

SnapSolve is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

You can:

Delete your local analysis history within the app
Uninstall the app to remove all local data
Contact us to request deletion of your device token

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app.
